Team

Fränzi is an all-rounder who supports our Heroes in their work in the kitchen, service and cleaning. She has experience both as a group leader in a workshop for people with disabilities and in catering: For three seasons she worked in an inn on the Lenzerheide and for one summer in an SAC hut. Fränzi and her team contribute to a cosy atmosphere and are delighted when their guests like to linger a little longer. What fascinates her about tanneschaffhausen is the combination of tradition and innovation, as well as the concept mix of gastronomy, a tanneshop and serviced studios.
