Elanur was the first apprentice in our company to complete her training as a PrA Restauration trainee. She likes working in the «Weinstube» and enjoys learning new things: from pouring the wine correctly to the perfect system to ensure that every order ends up in the right place. But her favourite thing is the contact with the guests and her colleagues.
